Legal

Terms & Conditions

These terms are an updated, plain-language implementation of the subjects covered by the current I-Net Fiber online-payment terms. They should receive legal approval before publication.

1. Acceptance

By using I-Net Fiber's website, customer portal or online payment facilities, the user agrees to the applicable terms and policies.

2. Services and registration

Customers may access services through the website or customer portal using account details provided or created according to I-Net Fiber procedures. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for activity performed through their account.

3. Online payments

Users must provide accurate billing and payment information and must be legally authorized to use the selected card or bank account. Payment processing may involve third-party payment service providers.

4. Payment processing and transaction issues

Users should not repeat a payment when a bank account appears to have been debited during a timeout or gateway failure. The customer should first verify the transaction and contact I-Net Fiber for assistance. Transaction records maintained by I-Net Fiber and its payment providers may be used as evidence of a transaction.

5. Refunds and chargebacks

Recharge, subscription and installation payments are generally final except where a refund is expressly available under the published refund policy or where required by applicable law. Chargeback or disputed-payment cases should be raised directly with I-Net Fiber with the relevant transaction details.

6. Service availability

I-Net Fiber may suspend, modify or terminate access where necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, misuse or other legitimate operational reasons. Network performance can be affected by outages, infrastructure conditions and events outside reasonable control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, I-Net Fiber and its payment service providers are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from delays, interruptions, transmission errors, unauthorized access or third-party payment infrastructure. Nothing in these terms removes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

8. User security responsibilities

9. Governing law

These terms are subject to applicable laws of India and relevant governmental or regulatory directions.

10. Contact
